    I just wanted to call the local branch. Get a national number, then machine, then 101 questions about myself and what loan I want, set up profile etc etc. Give my number twice yet after phone dropping out, I get no call back and have no idea who I was talking to. Phone back and they suggest there's no record of previous call, just that I should give them all info again so as "that" operator gets the comission or something to do with the loan process. Still no way to contact the actual bank in my area to book an appointment for the loan. Sick of this system and how they then tried a third time to do the same and make out they'd not had me call earlier. Why ask for my number twice 'in case we get disconnected', then not phone me back? Seems there's no way to find who you're talking to if the line drops out!
